White Tara Healing Arts Spa on Pender Island offers a choice of therapeutic reflexology treatments - traditional Foot Reflexology, Ayurvedic FootReflexology, Su Jok, and Seed Therapy for Feet and Hands.Essential oils are an important component of our reflexology treatments. All treatments start with a hot aromatic foot wrap and finish with a foot and leg massage with aromatherapy oils. The Ayurvedic reflexology treatment is performed with a customized massage blend. Vetivert EO is used for work on Marma points.
Foot Reflexology $60-$70 (Please allow 1½–2 hrs)
Reflexology is a highly respected, ancient technique of applying pressure to stimulate the reflex areas of the feet. These areas correspond to specific organs, glands, other parts of the body, and the pressure increases blood circulation, releases blocked energy and promotes healing. This ancient healing art is deeply relaxing and energizing, providing a sense of well being.
Ayurvedic Reflexology $60-$70 (Please allow 1½–2 hrs)
Ayurvedic Reflexology is the dynamic combination of traditional Indian foot massage philosophy and techniques (padabhyanga) with traditional foot reflexology. This treatment utilizes an energizing copper "Kasa" bowl and treats the critical 'marma' points of the body as well as reflex pressure points with specially blended Ayurvedic oils . An intense healing of the entire body is experienced while calling upon the hearts and minds of the therapist and client.Platinum Energy Detoxifying Foot Bath $65 (Please allow 1hr)
Sit back relax and detox with ease. This foot bath cleanses, balances and enhances by extracting toxic substances from the body through the sweat glands of your feet utilizing an electrolysis process providing effective detoxification and release of blocked energy throughout the body.
Luxury Foot Spa Package $105 (Please allow 3½ hrs)
This comprehensive spa package for the feet combines the foot detoxification with reflexology to remove toxins and soften the 'root' of our bodies.The Luxury Foot spa Package includes:
- Tour through the Facility
- Consultation during relaxing foot bath with rose petals

Foot/Hand Reflexology with Seed Therapy $60 (Please allow 2 hrs)
Experience a unique traditional foot and/or hand acupressure using a special metal massage tool, known as the Su Jok System , along with the application of organic plant seeds known for their ancient healing properties. It is recommended the seeds applied during the treatment be left on the skin of the feet/hands afterwards for a period of time for continued healing.Appointments
