Similar to, but more invigorating than, traditional aromatherapy massage, the firmer strokes used in this treatment involve a much deeper manipulation of the tense muscles.
This massage technique increases circulation and can provide excellent preparation before exercise as well as helping to alleviate muscle stiffness afterwards.It is beneficial for those who, for long periods of time, sit at a desk, behind a steering wheel, or for mothers carrying children all day.
